Sports injuries are not limited to competitive athletes. Running, cycling, golf, pickleball, weight training, recreational leagues, hiking, and weekend projects can all place demands on muscles, joints, and connective tissues.

Sports Injury Evaluation
The evaluation considers how the injury occurred, the movements involved in the activity, current limitations, strength, mobility, joint function, and the patient’s goals for returning to activity.
Individualized Treatment and Rehabilitation
Depending on the findings, care may incorporate chiropractic treatment, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation, high-power laser therapy, shockwave therapy, or an appropriate combination.
A gradual return-to-activity strategy can help patients rebuild mobility, strength, and confidence rather than simply waiting for symptoms to disappear.
When Referral Is Appropriate
Suspected fractures, dislocations, major ligament or tendon injuries, significant joint instability, severe swelling, concussion symptoms, or other potentially serious injuries require appropriate medical assessment.
